TT300: TUFLOW CATCH Introductory Training

An introduction to whole of system TUFLOW CATCH modelling

TT300: TUFLOW CATCH Introductory Training

Overview

This introductory course opens with an overview of TUFLOW CATCH, including exploration of some examples of its environmental applications. This is followed by detailed instruction in how to efficiently build TUFLOW CATCH models using modern versioning techniques. Participants will then learn how to progressively construct a TUFLOW CATCH model of an urban catchment using public and freely available data. This will include building a catchment model, adding pollutant export and then building and linking dynamically to a 3D receiving water model. Practical instruction will be provided in result viewing using the QGIS TUFLOW CATCH plugin. This is offered as teacher led face-to-face (classroom) learning, with attendees building, updating, and running a TUFLOW CATCH model with ample opportunity to interact and discuss topics with our expert trainers.
