Mesh Generation: The Mesh Module is used to manipulate 2D unstructured grids (or mesh), which define the computational domain of the numerical model. SMS can cater for mesh designs which include a combination of triangular and quadrilateral elements. This is a very effective tool for creating good quality, computationally efficient meshes and for constructing boundary and initial conditions and other geometry based model inputs.
Model Simulation: TUFLOW FV input files can be assembled within the SMS interface
Result Post Processing: TUFLOW FV results can be generated in SMS formats which are then readily loaded and viewed within SMS. This includes options for creating animations and GIS based presentations.
Blue Kenue is an advanced data preparation, analysis, and visualization tool for hydraulic modellers. It provides a state-of-the-art interface, integrating geospatial data with model input and results data.
Mesh Generation: Blue Kenue provides for triangular element flexible mesh generation. Input data to the grid generators can include points, lines, or even other regular and triangular grids.
Result Post Processing: Visualization in Blue Kenue is provided by dynamic 1D, Polar, 2D, 3D and Spherical views that can be recorded as digital movies or saved as images for inclusion in reports or presentations. 3D flights through the model domain are easily created by defining a few control points and pushing "Play". All views and data are fully geo-referenced and coordinate conversion between common projections is supported.
